(Answer any three questions)

1. ⁢(a) Define Quality Control, Quality Management and Quality Assurance.

     (b) What is "Sampling"? Write down the standard sampling method for (i) count of yarn removed from the fabric and (ii) Fabric Sampling.

     (c) Briefly discuss about the basic system modules of HVI.

2.   (a) Define correct invoice weight.

     (b) What is oven dry weight? How correct oven dry weight is determined?

     (c) State the working principle of Electronic Hygrometer.

     (d) Describe the test procedure of comb Sorter for the measurement of different fibre lengths with comb sorter diagram.
