1. (a) Why fabric inspection is important in textile industry?
(b) Briefly discuss about the procedure of 4 points fabric inspection system.
(c) Calculate defect points by using 4-points system from the following data and also make comment on result. A defects below 3 inch, 4 defects between 3 inch to 6 inch, 2 defects between 6 inch to 9 inch, 2 defects more than 9 inch, 2 hole less than 1 inch, 1 hole more than 1 inch, length of the fabric is 130 yds and width is 56 inch.
