(Answer any three questions)

1. ⁢(a) Differentiate between robot and robotics.

(b) Explain the key components of robot with block diagram.

(c) Define degree of freedom. Explain degree of freedom for a three dimensional body.

2. (a) Comparison between servo control and non-servo control robot.

(b) A manipulator moves a weight of 110 pounds a distance 15 feet in 10 seconds. Find the amount of power developed by the robot manipulator.

(c) Discuss different types of robot configuration with joints and links.

3. (a) What is robot kinematics? Explain forward and backward kinematics of robot.
